Andover Corporation现在将UBVRI过滤器作为标准产品提供。这些滤光片用于滤除和测量天文物体发出的特定光带。

提供两种类型：Johnson / Bessel和Kron / Cousins。Johnson / Bessell型更适合与光电倍增管一起使用，而Kron / Cousins型则更适合与硅CCD一起使用。两种过滤器套件都可以很好地工作，但是在购买任何套件之前，先确定要使用的测量系统的类型很重要。

两种滤波器类型都使用相同的U，B和V滤波器。每种类型的R＆I过滤器都不同；它们与所用检测器的响应更好地匹配。

更换滤镜时，重新对焦始终是一个问题。Andover通过将所有过滤器研磨和抛光至非常精确的厚度来*地减少了此问题。

UBVRI过滤器有多种标准尺寸和定制尺寸。除安装在螺纹环中的两种尺寸外，所有其他尺寸均未安装。
